I liked the fact they used a 68 nose and even went with the 67-68 trim around the rear lights and tailgate and the trim on the glove box too. The only thing I didn't like is that they went that far with the 68 theme, then used the 69-70 trim moldings on the side.
I mean, it is a great looking truck, but to someone who knows and appreciates the differences in the years it just screams out as a mismatch. I would have liked to seen it without any side trim with that awesome paint job.
I guess I'm being picky, but if you got a chance to do a truck right, wouldn't you try and make it all one year? Or at least not mix up something so obvious?
