Here is a list of all the standard and optional equipment listed in the GM books. There were other options avalible that did not specify a COPO, but this was the standard list.

And this is about as far as you'll get as far as option packages;
1967...
CST 3%
Custom Comfort 21%
Custom Camper 2%
No engine breakdown
This includes all trucks built for the 67 model year that was able to recieve that option, for example;
CST.
Custom Sport Truck, was not avalible on cowl/chassis models, nor any forward controll models, nor C/40 or bigger.... so basicly, it only came on cab/chassis, pickups with beds (fleet or step, short or long) and came on C or K models in the 10 - 30 series.
