OK, further details: It was 17 degrees outside when this happened - so I thought frozen lines. Added a bottle of HEET and Lo - she started, and ran for about 1 Minute. I guess a pint of additive raised what was in the tank high enough to allow fuel to flow.
Just put some gas in the Right Hand Tank, prime the carb and start it up.
BTW - I replaced the fuel pump too. Look for shorts in the tank wiring.
