ok as for the bed you will need a new bed the sides won't fit on the stepside if you just take the step fenders off but once you take the stepside off the truck a short fleet will bolt right up in it's place as for the engine if you get everything out of the donor truck like computer and what not all you will need is a return line and an in tank fuel pump. New motor mounts and the exhaust will need 02 sensors and what not. If I am way off base someone will correct me.
