OK, got the exhaust fixed. The front stayed the same from the manifold to the trailing arm crossmember. The rear is basically the same setup, but routed differently. This time, I mounted the upper shock bracket and shock before tacking pieces in place (what a concept!). I was able to use all of the pieces from the first try, and only had to make one new one.

I have already fully welded it except for one joint right behind the crossmember. I need to pull it out, finish bending and welding the hangers, then I will be painting the systen with aluminum high temp paint on the inside, and flat black where it runs outside the frame in the rear.

The extra hole on the hanger will be cut off, and the round bar will be heated and bent around the pipe and tacked in a few places. I have three of these on each side
