I'll probably be trying to locate a shop for the axle work soon. I'd like to have it done by the time I'm ready for it. As far as painting the frame, I've already done the front half of the frame with flat black rustoleum, and I'm not too happy with it. I had to drill some holes after I painted and now everything near those is stained with WD-40. So I might try some gloss black on the back and see if it seals up better. If it does, I just might have to repaint the front.
