I won't say your wrong, but I've never seen it. From my experience (25 years wrenching), If you can make the other side turn opposite with a posi......the clutches in the diff are GONE!

With good clutches and trans in neutral, both tires turn the same AND the driveshaft will turn as well.

If you put the trans in gear (or park), a posi rear end will not even let ONE side turn, basically what glock35ipsc said.
