Thanks for the replies...

The one with the big hole in the floor..well the hole continues up into the firewall a good foot (PO wanted to make a drag truck)...so a new floor just won't do it on the one.

The other cab isn't so far gone that I would chunk it..it's actually one of the nicest cabs I have personally seen down here (at least one that wasn't on a restored truck) it has some rust under the drip rails..and has got some on on the inside corner (above the driver) where the A pillar meets up with the roof....

I could repair/replace just those spots..but I was wondering if anybody had done a full roof section replace...from the factory locations in the A pillars to the rear where it met the floor.

And down here in the southeastern states (Fl, Ga, Al, Sc) ..I have never seen a cab in what I would consider great shape.
