Absolutely, on every single one of my trucks.
Is the steering wheel straight? (sound strange but it does effect thing's)
Are you using the correct turn style?
Two different kinds, one for tilt and one for standard columns.
Check the springs on the signal plate, if their broke they won't cancel.
