That makes sense so I should raise the temp untill it no longer cools the water in the rad cooler than the water in the engine, And it would rise and rise and not cool down right? I think I am getting close. If it will cool it down to acceptable temps at idle then it should also when driving normally right with the exception of hard towing or something.
