Its 6 lug drum brakes at all 4 corners... I think this is an orignal brake booster ar atl east one that was oringaly used for our trucks and is much better then non power... I'm not real sure how to get to disc brakes either go with a 73-87 spindle and an aftermarket 6 lug rotor or do the 73 3/4 ton lower a-arm and the 88+ 3/4 ton 6lug rotor... Haven't decided yet....
