I have a 1971 C-10 and would like to piece together my own rear disc swap (don't feel like paying $500 for something you could piece together cheaper)

I will be making my own caliper bracket but I am stuck on what rotor to use.

What rotors have a 5 on 5 lug pattern that I could use for this swap?
