Shackle flip can get you 4" of lift. Upfront you really dont have much of a choice except go with all spring lift. you will need longer driveshafts and brakelines.. and either cross over steering or a drop pitman arm.. is your truck going to be strictly mud or is it going to see trails? a shackle flip will get you a bit more flex than a 8" lift spring.
