Crap. I was just about to ask about Ohio.
I am looking at a car that is from Texas. The guy who owns it now, has had it for about 10 years and never had a title because up until a few years back, TX didnt really require a title transfer.
Now he has brought the car up here and is going to sell it. I was wondering what needs to be done in the State of Ohio for this thing to be legal...other than buying a junker for its VIN and title. Is there anyway around it?
