Nice job on taking the pictures!
Kevin's pump setup is a 71 or 72 with the stamping, (item 5 in the schematic).
The 69 and 70 trucks had a cast item 5 so it would be a lot thicker. Here is the schematic for the 71-72 style pump brackets.
