Here's what I can tell you for a start:
You'll need the V8 side engine mounts, and (probably) the larger V8 radiator. You'll have to mount a fuel pump on the frame rail under the cab.
Those are the basic things you'll need to adapt your V8 to the truck. You'll also have to figure out whatever you need to get the engine running.
All in all, it's not very complicated.
