In NY there were no titles for these trucks or anything else before a certain year around 73-75. You simply use the registration that you cary in your glovebox as proof of ownership. The registration will have a spot that needs to be signed to transfer ownership but i dont know what else is needed to transfer to another state. I may be able to find out for you tomorrow.
