I didn't see where bulkhead ftgs were necessary either. I just used a 90* fitting, 1/2" NPT x 3/8" DOT push-to-connect. It also swivels which makes it nice. Once you tighten the fitting into the bag, you can still swivel the 90 to where you need to run the line. It was a piece of cake. It was a little difficult to get my hand in there to push the line into the fitting, but once I got it in there I was good to go.
I also can't see why you needed to cut holes in the floor to get to the upper bag mounts in the rear. Granted I've got a P/U but I didn't even remove the bed to mount the bags and plumb everything. The hardest part was drilling the 1" hole for the fitting on the bag port to clear through the frame. Again, here I used a 90* fitting just like on the front and then ran the line down the frame to the rear valves. I can't imagine that the Blazer frame back there would be that much different, is it?
