LMAO, i like that. Liquid Thermal Adjusting Wrench. Never heard that before, but i am assuming you mean plasma cutter? One thing I have had work before when i got a motor with a bolt dropped into a cylinder and then spun over (I didn't know that was why it was locked, just assumed it was a broken rod or badly spun bearing) is drop the pan and loosen the main cap bolts and then jack the block up slightly and the crank will turn easier.
