The shackle would have to be 3" longer in order to gain 1.5 inches of lift. Check out Off Road Unlimited (google them, I don't know the weblink off the top of my head) they offer zero rate add a leafs/blocks for small amounts of lift. I wouldn't suggest longer shackles as a primary means of lifting your ride.
