The correct wheels are 15" and didn`t change from`71(1st 5-lug) until`87 for trucks and even through `91 on 1/2t 2wd Suburbans.So,that much is true in what the junkman said.I assume you want it back to original.I love that look as well.But,you could just pop those covers on the rallayes for now.The full covers seemed to always come with whitewalls,though.I guess you`re going that route?You did say "old man look"
.Truthfully,I`m not sure of the width.I think it`s 6",but someone here will know for sure.It was the same throughout the years I mentioned.Same with offsets.
