nice work!! I love it when a good plan comes together!

The question of when to paint the firewall is a good one. I'm at that point myself. Maybe some of the pro's on this forum can give us some advice.

I was thinking of painting the interior of the cab & the inside & jambs of the doors first, then doing the cab door jambs, firewall, cowl, and any part of the cab that's covered by body panels.
Then hang & fit all the body panels, hood, fenders, doors, cowl & corners. Shoot a sealer on the whole truck then base coat & clear.
After that sets up, disassemble everything and install the motor, tranny, electrical etc. and re-fit all the body panels permanently.

I still haven't figured out how I'm going to do the back of the cab between the bed and still shoot the whole truck as one assembly. I guess I could do that first with the bed pulled away and put the pieces together again when I go to paint the sides.
