I'm not familar with 4by wheel bearings. But, the 83 shop manual instructs to torque the inner nut to 50 ft-lbs while rotating the hub. Then back off and retorque to 35 ft-lbs while the hub is rotated. Then back off the nut again 3/8 turn maximum.

Tighten the outer lock nut to 160 - 205 ft-lbs. (K10-K20: 205 ft-lbs)/(K30: 65 ft-lbs)

Maybe, someone from the 4by crowd can verify this.
