I am now in the market for a replacement for my 3/4 ton rear end. I have the Eaton 10 bolt and want a 14 FF. Is there a prefered year and engine to locate a 3:73 axle ? Or do I just dig through salvage yards til I find one ? I will also be changing the front axle to 3:73 at a later date. Where is the best place to find a Dana 44 with 3:73 ? Or should I just buy gears and install them into my case ? Thanks.
