You should give ls1tech.com a try. There is a section for the LS1 swap cars. I believe there is someone who is in the process of this swap. I did a 2000 LS1 and T-56 swap into a 67 Camaro. You will need to do a bunch of fabrication but the swap is WELL worth it.
