Can't you just fence in part of your property? Here in Tx. you need to keep it out of site. If you can't afford to have a fence built watch for when other people get their fences done and get what's still good(fence stringers and pickets) and build from that. I fenced in my rear yard area with a 2 car driveway from discarded fence panels. I even double lined it so there's NO WAY you can see into my yard. Only cost me 5 posts and some concrete.
