Yeah, it's interesting how facinated people in my neighborhood are when I tell them I'm restoring an old truck. "Wow! What year!", and then I tell them. Then they yack on and on about how their dad/grandpa/uncle had one, and they've always wanted to do something similar.

Of course the story changes when I start up the angle grinder. I see people who usually annoy the whole neighborhood with their music turned up too loud at 12:00 am looking at me through their windows with bothered looks on their faces in the middle of the day on a Saturday. Go figure.
