I have parted cars/trucks for years. Im am also in the city limits, & know that im not posta do that, but also as a home owner .....I dont want a load of junk sittin around running MY property value down! I bring em in part em,, & run em out. none of my neighbors have ever said a word about the mess, cause there isnt one. If I get caught at it, I know i broke the rules, & have to deal with it.......there is absolutly no point in complaining about city hall, or the neighbors that dont like what you are doing......you know the rules as well as I do. thats my take on it, the coin has a "flip side", whether you or I like it or not......we still have to deal with it. thats the best way this old man can put it, after lookin at the situation from both pespectives.
