Typically you can run the front sway bar, with bags. They make different lengths of endlink, so can purchase a short set . Most guys remove the sway bars...that is mostly to get the "side 2 side" action. But I into NOT removing the sway bar. Frame mod may have to be performed. I would just check your clearances with your bags deflated and go from there. My 63 doesn't have a bar, so not sure what it looks like.

What brand/size bag you running in the front ?
