I don't know if this kind of thread is allowed or not, but I need some input here. If it's not allowed, my apologies--feel free to remove it. I have someone interested in buying the motor out of my truck, but I have no idea what to price it at. I need some opinions on what you think it's worth:
355sbc, 70cc iron heads, 15k miles on longblock rebuild with all receipts. Edel 1405 carb, performer intake, comp cams cam/pushrods/springs/timing set with 3k miles on it. HEI dist with taylor wires & accel plugs. Edel chrome air cleaner, valve covers, timing chain cover. Carter fuel pump, high flow waterpump, ceramic coated longtube headers. Basically it'll be a complete turn-key motor minus a starter, motor mounts, flexplate/flywheel and alternator. What would be a reasonable asking price?
