Real cheap option for fixing this problem is to keep the tank at least 1/2 tank full all the time. Other option is to install a new fuel tank.

How do the baffles become shot? How are they attached? I figured with as bad as this is doing it, there weren't any baffles at all. They're the plastic tanks. I think I might end up stuffing them with fuel cell foam.
