i use the Felpro cork(or whatever comes in a overhaul set),just tighten evenly and dont over tighten.Sometimes i buy rubber-dont really matter to me.but when it comes to more critical i prefer good stuff no .099 pan gaskets,or real main seals,if its a pain in the ass to rplace i buy the better stuff.i wont use cheapy gasket sets off brands,i always stick to FelPro.
