i used the mr.gasket ultra-seals on mine.i've pulled the v.c.'s off different times and never had to worry 'bout it. has a high temp. plastic inner core surrounded by neoprene outer layer. can reuse over and over.nice thing also is that they never lose shape or thickness no matter how many times you take 'em off.
