do you still have the old tranny?
take the gear out of that tranny and put it in the new tranny. That is part of your problem the other problem could be that your speedo cable needs lubrication. Just lube it up with some lithium grease. The taillight thing just go and ***** at the 17 year old at the parts counter who sold you a crappy bulb
