mines a 4x4 and it didnt has the tall hump so we used a body lift to get the cab up off the transfer case, tranny, and to make sure there was enough room to get the distributor out. I used the 67 cab mounts and mounted them in just about the same location as the ones on the 77 were. If i remember ('86) we may have used a couple of the holes for the 77 cab mounts. i have pics of all my mounts if you wanna see them.
