Is the rot at the base of the windshield in the cowl area or are the side pillars and top area shot. If the rot is at the base you will have to make the patches yourself. If the top or sides of the frame are shot a donor truck is pretty much your only option. Rusted windshield frames on these, at least in the salt states, is a very common occurance. They look scary to replace but they are not that bad as long as you have a mig welder and make a jig to ensure the new frame ends up in the right spot.
