Upper A-arm will be fine lower one will need to be replaced. The lower one has a larger diameter hole for the ball joint on the 3/4 ton. You need to get one off of a 67-70 1/2 ton. Oh and be forewarned, the newer, 99-up six lug wheels have the same bolt pattern but the center hole is a smaller diameter than the original 67-70 wheels. The center hole on the new wheels will need to be machined to the larger diameter. Or the rear axle and front hub will need to be machined down to the newer wheel center diameter. Hope this helps.
