your float is probably out of adjustment.. go to
www.edelbrock.com go to 1406 carb.. then calibraton.. it happens in shipping..they also sell an off road jet set just for hills and trails..try adjusting the floats first..its easy..just dont lose the little clips that hold the choke rods on
oh yea..its either a 600 or 750...carter makes a 625...
