Hey Southshore54, I assume you have a '54. Chevrolet or GMC? The parts are harder to come by(Hood emblem, bed sides, grille, etc.). Let me know if you need any help. I know I'm on the opposite coast here in Cali, but I can keep my eyes open. I'm constantly surfing ebay for our year specific trucks. The chassis is different too, believe it or not????
