ostncoln,I'm from Big "A" and i would be afraid to go that low with a static drop.The gutter drains across some of the streets are deeper than that.Measure the distance from the crossmember to the ground and see how much clearance there really is.There are kits to install a slimmer crossmember but they get Pricey.
