That is a complete custom dash. So are the ones in Hills trucks.
Don't feel like you are alone with the ideas done before your project is. When I put an LS1 in my 82 Blazer it was probably one of the first ones in a Blazer. It's still not on the road, and now LS1 conversions are dime a dozen...
