Another victory over the same bureaucratic establishment that invented red tape.
My '68 C/10 Orange Stepside couldn't pass this October -- it was down waiting on the new engine assembly. Now I have to file with the Arizona MVD to certify the vehicle is not on the road and submit shop receipts as well as de-insure it for collision. It never ends.
The primary function of a bureaucracy is to perpetuate itself.
