All this info. is from the service manual for my 68.

Two compression ratios are listed.

8.25:1 is 180 HP@4400 RPM and 285 torque @ 2400 RPM
9.0:1 is 200 HP @4600 RPM and 300 torque @ 2400 RPM

Bore is 3 7/8" and stroke is 3.25"

I'm not sure about the lift the heads will accept. Hope some of this helps.
