The 700r4 and even 200r4 will bolt up but its hard telling how long either would last. They are pretty much stand alone transmissions other than the lock torque convertors. If there is a 9in tailshaft th350 currently installed then the 700r4 will go in without driveshaft mods. I believe that the 200r4 will also. These transmissions can be built up but its right around the cost of the 4L80E maybe a little more.

Then you are around what the stock 4L80E will handle. If you are talking about a 4L80 then those pretty hard to find. I cant remember what you have to look for to find one. Maybe someone else know, I'm thinking it was a early 90's Suburban with a big block. 4L80 doesn't need a transmission controller and still has overdrive.
