Had a 327 in this predicament some years back. I soaked the cylinders first then put a grinding stone on an electrical drill and cut down most of the rust buildup to get the pistons out. Rust pits too deep to hone out and the rest of the engine was all standard size so I had the 2 bad cylinders sleeved, honed the other 6, polished crank, new cam and fresh heads and way to go.
