I'd think if it was actually a 327 built in the sixties, it would appreciate leaded gas for starters. Aside from that, if your happy with the timing and it's not pinging running regular gas in it, it should be cool. If it is a high compression engine, you may want to use higher octane. But considering it's not pinging, you should be fine.
