I am in phoenix, and have a bent axle. recieved new axle from randy. I started on the process to replace it and found that the gears were all messed up! - Today i located a rearend -- the guts are all I needed -- I removed the guts- by the way, this one has 32 teeth on the ring ? what ratio? - anyway I will exchange the rings on the carrier, and replace the unit -- One problem....
the pin in the carrier will not push out!! - the PO f@#ked it up big time! It is currently 2:02 am, and I have been trying to fix this since 7:00 last afternoon. I am thinking a torch will do this - If I can't get this done, I will sit and grind dremel wheels until I cry. - If anybody can help me, I will make it worth (really worth!!) their time.
