Pull the brakes apart and see if there is rust causing them to stick. Get it running and drive it for a few months to determine your plan. While you're doing that, start collecting the repop parts you're going to need (like the door handles, etc). Then tear it down and start the restoration. Get those rocker boxes replaced before you pull the top and/or the body off the frame. It looks like you live in (or the truck spent a lot of it life in) the salt belt, so you're gonna want to give everything the once over.
