Here in NW Montana they spray magnesium chloride on the roads. The state and county says it doesn't corrode, but they haul that crap in stainless steel tanks that they have to replace every few years... hmm, wonder why that is? The MgCL2 [i think] eats all your wiring. I have had to replace taillight wiring in my 02 GMC pickup already due to winter driving, sucks!
