yeah it does not have a pvc inside it. It preforms fine though. Also Clifsta : earls makes a kit too for the fule line. Peice parts: what would be the advantacge to having a pvc on this motor? Thanks alot

I can't say for sure, but what you basically have on your motor is a 3/8" hole in your intake manifold. Granted it is sucking fumes from the crankcase, BUT it is sucking it all through 3/8" hole. The air comes in from the opposite valve cover circulates through your engine and is sucked into the intake by that open pathway. A PCV valve will limit that hole to about half of that and that in effect will make your vacuum better in your engine. The motor should idle better, run better and the mileage may (I say May) get better. Acceleration may improve, due to more vacuum available to pull the advance quicker. A PCV valve is a slight restriction designed to work with the engine to make a balance in operation, what you have is larger than design. Also the PCV is a check valve, so if the motor backfires it will not blow flame into that oil rich atmosphere inside your crankcase. I haven't seen a crankcase fire for quite some time, but it happens and it is something to try to put out.
